1. About the low temperature protection function
When the temperature is lower than 0°C (32°F), the battery pack will trigger the low temperature protection.
2. About charging
When the temperature is lower than 0°C (32°F), when charge the battery, regardless of the charging current, it will first charge the battery's heating film and activate the battery's internal heating function.
3. Heating time of heating film
When the temperature is lower than 0°C (32°F), please directly connect the charger or MPPT to heat the battery pack. It is heated from 0°C (32°F) to 10°C (50°F) for 1.5-2 hours.
